Our Filter ranges like Dual Media, IRF, Multimedia & ACF filters are used for commercial, industrial and domestic application requiring removal of iron, turbidity, suspended solids, colour, manganese,odour, chlorine and organics. The Filters available are manual, semi automatic and automatic models. The construction of vessel is mild steel, MSRL or FRP. Filters provide crystal clear water of turbidity <5mg/lt and iron as Fe<0.3 ppm. Normal filtering medium employed is clean sieved and graded gravels, fine sand and garnet. For application like iron removal birm and catalytic filtering sand is used unlike for, Activated Carbon alters granular coal and activated carbon is used.

OXIDATION CHAMBER

Oxidation Chamber is used prior to the media filter for oxidation of Iron and conversion of Ferrous Ion to Ferric, which will subsequently increase the efficiency of the media filter for removal of Iron. We have a wide range of Oxidation Chamber to solve the water related problem. It can be use in water treatment plant as a pre treatment unit where iron content in the raw water is high coupled with aeration system to achieve desire water quality.

SOFTENER

We are engaged in the manufacture and trade of Water Softener that finds a vast application in the commercial, industrial and domestic application where there is a need of Soft water. The Softeners are available in manual, semi automatic and automatic models. The construction of vessel is mild steel, MSRL or FRP. Water of hardness <5ppm provided the feed water is free from iron, turbidity, chlorine, oil and grease. Our Softener works on the principle of ion exchange, based on the counter/co "flow regeneration system. When the water passes through the bed of cation exchange resin absorbs Calcium and Magnesium ions gives sodium ions in exchange. This chemical reaction involves substitution. The sodium ions do not contribute to the hardness and therefore the treated water is soft. Once the resin bed has exhausted it needs to be regenerated with Brine Solution.

CLARIFIER

We create a wide variety of Water Clarifier, which are very useful for Water Treatment applications. Clarification is the process to remove suspended solids from water. It is the economical and an essential part of effluent treatment plants and other raw water treatment plants. Clarification is the method used to remove suspended matter from surface water and Industrial wastewater. In essence, it makes "turbid" water "clear," Clarification also reduces iron, manganese, organic material, oil and color. It can be configured to remove hardness. It is the first step in surface water treatment, because the processes that follow normally require clear and colorless influent water. For the same reasons, clarification is often the last step before discharge of wastewater to a receiving stream. Clarification uses chemical addition and the sedimentation process to remove suspended matter from water, as discussed below.

FLOCULATOR

In the next step of clarification, the small floc (microfloc) is allowed to grow into larger floc, called macrofloc or agglomerated floc. This process, called flocculation, flocculation is accomplished by gently stirring the coagulated water to assure contact between microfloc particles and polymer. The polymer enhances agglomerated floc formation. As the agglomerated floc continues to grow, it becomes denser and heavier, allowing it to settle. SEDIMENTATION DOSING SYSTEM

The final step of the clarification process is sedimentation. In this step, agglomerated floc settles out to form sludge and the sludge is transported to the sludge concentration chamber by the scraper. The sludge thickening pickets concentrate the sludge. The sludge is discharged to waste in a process called clarifier blow down. Above the sludge, clarified water is collected in the outlet launder and flows forward for use or further treatment.

COAGULATION DOSING SYSTEM

The first step of the clarification process is coagulation. Particles in water have a naturally occurring negative charge. This causes them to repel each other and stay in suspension. When this charge is destabilized, the particles no longer repel one another, and can come together in closer proximity. A chemical salt, called a coagulant, is mixed with the inlet water to destabilize the charge. Some common coagulants are aluminum sulfate (alum), ferric sulfate and ferric chloride. The coagulants provide a positive charge, in the form of metallic cations that destabilize the natural negative charge of the particles. The metallic cations combine with hydroxide in the water to form a metallic hydroxide that is an insoluble compound. The destabilized particles and metal hydroxide precipitates agglomerate into small, visible particles called floc. Color, organic matter and colloids, including colloidal silica, are removed by becoming bound up in the floc.

CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM

REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT

Technology: Membrane Separation

R. O. System is Single Skid Mounted System and can be Installed at anywhere with Filtered waterInlet. This system consists of Chlorination, De-Chlorination, Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Antiscalent Dosing, MCF, HPP and R. O. Memebranes with Pressure Vessels and sophisticated Instruments with Programmed Control Logic for its full proof Operation. The Reverse Osmosis uses a semi-permeable membrane, spiral wound membrane to separate and remove the dissolved solids, organics, pyrogen sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from the water. Feed water Delivered less than 200 psig of pressure through the membrane where the water permeates through the minute pores and is delivered as purified product water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed into the drain. Reverse Osmosis system is capable of removing 90-98% of dissolved salts from water including pyrogen and 99% of all bacteria. ELECTRO DEIONIZATION

We are an eminent name in this business, engaged in presenting Electro Chlorinator. This Electro Chlorinator is used for converting ordinary salt water into sodium hypochlorite. It works on the electrolysis process. EDI is a process that evolved from conventional ion exchange technology. EDI provides continuous demineralization at recovery rates of 90% or more. In EDI, just as in conventional ion exchange, cations and anions in the feed water are exchanged for hydrogen and hydroxyl ions in the ion exchange resins, producing demineralized water. The key operational difference is that with EDI, the ion exchange resin is regenerated continuously, while with conventional ion exchange, chemical regeneration is performed intermittently.

Technology: Ion Exchange

We offer a wide range of Demineralizer, which have an application in the commercial and industrial sectors wherever there is a requirement for the water of high purity level. The Demineralizers are available in manual, semi automatic and automatic models. The construction of vessel is PVC, MSRL or FRP. Demineralizers provide pure water of conductivity < 10 microsemens / cm provided the feed water is free from iron, turbidity, chlorine, oil and grease. Our range of Demineralizers incorporates the proven counter flow technique of regeneration, which produces water of high purity. The water is made to pass through a bed of Cation Exchange Resin, which is in hydrogen form. All dissolved solids causing hardness such as Ca, Mg etc. are exchanged with H+ and are converted into respective acids. The acidic effluent is then passed into the Anion bed, which is in hydroxyl (OH) form, which retains bi-carbonate, Sulphate ions, producing water equivalent to distilled water.

MIXED BED

Technology: Ion Exchange

We offer high quality mixed bed at affordable prices. When we need water having high purity we use a mixed bed polisher. The mixed bed polisher unit contains strongly acidic cation resin and strongly basic anion exchanger resin in a mixed form. The water passing through the mixed bed exchanger comes successfully in contact with cation and resin. This corresponds to an infinite stage dematerializing process and ensures high purity treated water.

The resins are separated prior to regeneration. The cation resin is regenerated with acid while anion resin is regenerated with alkali. After rinsing the resins are again-mixed with air. When the raw water has very low IDS (less than 50 ppm) the mixed bed is sometimes used directly for demineralization of water.

DEGASSER

A degasser consists essentially of a degasser tower with integral tank, a degasser air blower and a degassed water pump with necessary piping and valves t. The tower portion is packed with pvc pall rings. The air blower is connected by air ducting to the tower just above the tank portion. The cation exchanger converts alkalinity present in raw water to its equivalent acid, i.e. Carbonic acid. The anion exchanger absorbs this along with other acids in cation exchanger treated water. Where water has a high alkalinity the ionic load on the anion can be brought down by using another method to remove carbonic acid. The carbon dioxide can be removed mechanically by means of degasser.

OZONATOR

Ozonation system has become one of the important system in recent times after the Governments are trying to lower the portion of pollution in a large scale. Ozonation system is used for the treatment of water mostly. Ozone is produced by passing dry compressed air through two concentric electrodes having a dielectric charge in between them. A high voltage is applied between both the electrodes to produce a Corona Discharge. As the feed air is passed through the high voltage electric field, a portion of oxygen of the air gets converted to Ozone. Ozone is light blue in colour with a distinctive pungent odour. The system is totally automatic and maintenance free with no refilling or replacement or recurring costs.

UV SYSTEM

Ultra filtration membrane filter micro-organisms including their floating dead bodies, cysts and spores from your drinking water by physically filtering them out through a membrane. Ultra filtration membrane is full proof because water passes through a membrane whose pore size is so small that no bacteria or virus can pass through it. Till Ultra filtration membrane gives water, the water is 100% pure and safe. Ultra filtration membrane works on the same principle used by nature to absorb purified water from dirty subsoil water eg. Coconut water. Hence water purified by Ultra filtration membrane tastes natural. There is no operating cost of Ultra filtration membrane as it does not consume electricity but works on overhead tank pressure.
